Wordless Wednesday: Whose Woods are These?

I think I know!!

A view of my beautiful backyard!

By the way, “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening” by Robert Frost (Whose woods are these? I think I know. His house is in the village though. He will not see me stopping here to watch his woods fill up with snow…”) was the first poem I remember memorizing for school.  I still love that poem!

What about you? Did you memorize a favorite poem in childhood?

Those are beautiful pictures of your woods. Is that the view from your deck?
By the way, I don’t remember ever memorizing any poems in elementary school. Maybe I just forgot!

It was actually the view last Wed. it’s pretty much peaked now. :(
BTW, I think I had all the good teachers in elementary school. You? Not so much. (I think I memorized that in third grade, Mrs. Huffman. I can still recite it.)
